Superlit Consulting Ltd has the following permanent in-house key staff, the senior experts in Civil, Structures and Water Engineering. Other experts: - sociologists, environmentalists, economists, financial analysts, hydrologists, hydro-geologists, electro-mechanical engineers, land surveyors, quantity surveyors etc are hired on project-to-project basis.
5.1 Engineer Fortunatus Kasimbi (Managing Director)
Eng Kasimbi is a qualified Civil Engineer with more than 19 professional experiences, in feasibility studies, project planning, preparation of bid documents, tendering process, evaluation of bids, preparation of expression of interest, environmental, Health and Safety, Social and Gender Management Implementation, design and supervision of multi-disciplinary development projects involving water supply and Sanitation, Storm Drainage and in mining.
He has Nineteen years of experience in supervision as a Project Manager; Resident Engineer and Designer on large water supply projects such as Kahama to Shinyanga Water supply Project, Buzwagi Mine Project, Bukoba and Musoma Water Supply Project, Mugango-Kiabakari-Butiama Water Supply Project, Geita Water Supply Project which he was involved in Design and supervison of Intake, Water Treatment Plant, Raw and Clear Water Transmission Mains, Reservoirs, Gravity Trunk Mains and large Distribution network. Very recently; he has also been involved in the supervision of Lusaka massive storm drainage system and Musoma sewerage system consisting of sewer network, gravity main, pump station, waste water treatment plant (anaerobic ponds, facultative ponds, maturation ponds and drying beds).
Eng Kasimbi; has a proven vast experience in contract administration under FIDIC Red and Yellow books for small, medium and multibillions water supply, sewerage projects and drainage system for a wide range of clients; local government authorities, urban water authorities, institutions and international mining companies from Private, Donor funded and Government Projects.
Engineer Kasimbi is registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania(ERB) and Zambia and a member of the Engineering Institution of Tanzania and Zambia (MEIT/ MEIZ).
5.2 Mary Mwinuka (Director)
Eng. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineer’s Registration Board of Tanzania(ERB). She possesses 19 years work experience in the Structural Engineering design and construction supervision of multistory structures in the country. In the area of planning ,design and supervion of building infrastructures, Eng. Mary has been involved in conducting feasibility studies, preliminary and final details design, preparation of construction documents , preparation of bills of quantities and tender documents.
For almost 19 years now, she has vast experience in contract administration, design and construction supervision of small, medium and multibillion structures for a wide range of clients; Government and Non-Government authority’s institutions and international companies. She has been involved in design and construction supervision of: University of Dodoma(Class rooms, Academic building, Auditorium building,Laboratory,Library,administration block,hostel,Acess road and Playgrounds) ,Bank of Tanzania, Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) office Mwenge, PPF parking block, National Housing Corporation(NHC) Commercial/Residential building morocco square ,rock city mall, prime ministers` office Dodoma, TFDA Headquarter just to mention a few.
She is conversant with design software such as MASTER SERIES, Etabs, Safe and PROKON. She is also conversant with AutoCAD and other Microsoft office soft ware’s namely; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Project and etc.
Eng. Mary is also a managing Director of SCL
5.3 Engineer Rabi Paul
Eng Rabi Paul is a registered Civil Engineer with 18 years postgraduate experience, in feasibility studies, project planning, preparation of bid documents, tendering process, evaluation of bids, preparation of expression of interest, environmental, Health and Safety, Social and Gender Management Implementation, design and supervision of multi-disciplinary development projects involving water supply Projects.
He has sixteen years of experience in supervision of large water supply projects involving construction of Intake, Water Treatment Plant, Raw and Clear Water Transmission Mains, Reservoirs, Gravity Trunk Mains and large Distribution network.
Eng Paul is also Registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania and a member of the Engineering Institution of Tanzania (MEIT).
5.4 Engineer Malima Ramadhani Bundara
Eng. Malima holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineer’s Registration Board of Tanzania and a member of the Engineering Institution of Tanzania (MEIT).
He possesses over 7 years work experience in the Structural Engineering design and construction supervision of multistory buildings in the country.
He has been involved in design and construction supervision of the following projects: Tumaini University, Residential apartment for UWT, TPA headquarter, National microfinance headquarter, TFDA office mwanza,NHC Apartment kawe,Julius Nyerere leadership school kibaha, Mzizima tower Commercial building,NHC Comercial/apartment building wakulima street just to mention a few.

Engineer Chita Mole
Eng. Chita holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He possesses over 9 years work experience in supervision of large water supply projects involving construction of Intake, Water Treatment Plant, Raw and Clear Water Transmission Mains, Reservoirs, Gravity Trunk Mains and large Distribution network.
5.6 Engineer Benjamin Mteganya Kyaruzi
Eng. Benjamin Kyaruzi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineer’s Registration Board of Tanzania. He possesses over 11 years work experience in supervision of roads and Water Supply Projects. He is registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania with Reg. no PE 4199.
Engineer Benjamin is conversant with MASTER SERIES, AUTOCAD, ARCHICARD and PROKON Software. She is also conversant with other Microsoft office soft ware’s namely; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Project and etc.
5.7 Engineer Renatus Katilige
Eng. Renatus holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Mbeya University and is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineer’s Registration Board of Tanzania. He possesses over 7 years work experience in supervision of Water Supply Projects. He is registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania with Reg. no PE 6467.
5.8 Engineer Godffrey Magallah
Eng.Godffrey Magallah holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineer’s Registration Board of Tanzania. He possesses over 11 years work experience as environmentalist and in supervision of Water Supply Projects. He is registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania with Reg. no PE 6055.
5.9 Engineer Muvengwa Manjonjo
Eng. Manjonjo is a qualified Registered Civil Engineer with 28 years postgraduate experience, in contract management and supervision of multidisciplinary engineering construction works. Extensive policy and coordination expertise with international organizations. In-depth knowledge of capacity and institution building. Strategic planning, program design and implementation experience in water supply and sanitation. Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines. Strategic thinker, able to conceptualize complex issues. Remarkable research and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills with extensive reporting experience.
He holds a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe (1999). He has also considerable experience in feasibility study, design, contract administration and construction supervision of surface and ground water supply schemes, dams, and sewerage systems, irrigation systems, pumping stations, flood and urban drainage studies.
Eng Manjonjo is a member of Chartered Engineer (CEng) registered with Engineering Council of UK; Chartered Civil Engineer-Member of Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE); Member of Chartered Institution of Water & Environmental Management (MCWEM)-UK ; Member of Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers (MZwIE); Professional Engineer -Member of Engineering Institution of Zambia (MEIZ); Registered Engineer (R.Eng) with Engineering Registration Board (Zambia).

5.10 Eng Irenaeus Wandera BARASA
Eng. Barasa is a qualified Registered Civil Engineer with 43 years postgraduate experience, in the design and supervision of both urban and rural water projects in more than 4 countries and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (2009). Out of this time, he has spent 19 years in construction supervision and Project Management and 14 years in Design- mainly for large, medium and small urban areas. He has considerable experience in feasibility study, design, contract administration and construction supervision of surface and ground water supply schemes, dams, and sewerage systems, irrigation systems, pumping stations, flood and urban drainage studies.
Eng Barasa is a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (AMASCE) since 1983; Registered Engineer with Engineers’ Registration Board of Kenya since1984; registered Engineer with registration Board Uganda since 2001; member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (MIEK) since1984; member of Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (MUIPE) since 2000; associate Member, Institution of Water Engineers & Scientists UK since 1986; licensed Water Engineer-(1986) No DB/32/280-Panels 1A,1B &1C- Republic of Kenya; member of the Institution of Engineers of Tanzania (MIET)-1984-since 2004 and registered Engineer -Registration Board Tanzania (TPE 151) since 1999.
Eng Barasa,works as a backstopping Engineer to SCL.
5.11 Surveyor Richard Pallangyo
Surveyor Richard Pallangyo holds a Full Technical Certificate in High Way Engineering He possesses 19 years practical experience as a land surveyor in Water Supply and Road Projects.
