SUPERLIT CONSULTING LTD (SCL) is a Civil Engineering and Management Consulting firm in Tanzania with its head office within Dar es Salaam. SCL was founded and registered with Business Registration and Licensing Authority (BRELA), Tanzania.

SCL’s experience is an aggregate of the rich individual’s experiences of its permanent core staff and associates whereby some of them have participated in the Design and Supervision of several multibillions’ projects. The company provides consulting and engineering services both to public institutional and private clients. 
 
The Company has considerable substantial experience inherited from its high qualified individual staff in supervision of large water supply projects involving design and construction supervision of the intake, water treatment plant, raw and clear water transmission mains, reservoirs, gravity trunk mains, large distribution network, huge structural buildings such as Bank of Tanzania, Rock City Mall, Perliament of Dodoma, University of Dodoma,TRA Buildings, Prime minister`s office Dodoma, NHC Moroco Square, Medical storage Department(MSD) warehouse,office building for Tanzania  reinsurance Corporation, roads and playground for College of informatics university Dodoma and many others. This inherited experience is also involving the recently supervised multi billions Lusaka Water Supply, sanitation and drainage project in Zambia and the sewerage system in Musoma Tanzania, consisting of sewer network, gravity main, pump station, waste water treatment plant (anaerobic ponds, facultative ponds, maturation ponds and drying beds). 
 
Through the inherited experience, the individual permanent staff has worked with both governmental authorities, government institution and individual private client such as – Ministry of Water in each respective country – urban water authorities – KASHWASA, BUWASA, MUWASA, IRUWASA, MWAUWASA, GEUWASA, NSSF, TRA, LAPF, Parliament, Bank of Tanzania, Provision of Consultancy Services for carrying out Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design and Preparation of Tender Document for the proposed Lake Vctoria to Dodoma (LVD) Water Supply Project - ME-011/2023-2024/C/CONTRACT/10 and the Lusaka Water Supply Company respectively. where they acquired huge experience in water supply, waste water , buildings and other infrastructures.
